Job Summary

A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Consumer Compliance Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to regulatory and contractually mandated requests from business partners
  • Writing formal responses to consumers, as well as federal and state regulatory agencies
  • Coordinating timely responses with risk, legal, compliance, customer support, and payments teams

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years experience; project management experience at a bank, broker-dealer, or money services business
  • Experience in consumer protection, UDAAP, & CFPB’s consumer protection regulations
  • Experience managing multiple projects or activities simultaneously
  • Strong research, critical thinking, organizational, and writing skills
