Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing firm is filling a position for a Remote Consumer Electronics Customer and Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via all channels
  • Providing accurate remote troubleshooting of products
  • Escalating critical issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • HS Degree or equivalent
  • 6 months+ relevant experience in post-sales technical support
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Experience working with Bright Pattern or Zendesk
  • Asecure home-office environment, internet access, etc
