Job Summary
A customer service outsourcing firm is filling a position for a Remote Consumer Electronics Customer and Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling customer inquiries via all channels
- Providing accurate remote troubleshooting of products
- Escalating critical issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- HS Degree or equivalent
- 6 months+ relevant experience in post-sales technical support
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Experience working with Bright Pattern or Zendesk
- Asecure home-office environment, internet access, etc
