Job Summary
A marketing Technology Company is seeking a Remote Consumer Engagement Software Customer Success Director in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Partner with named customers to understand their strategic goals and objectives
- Implement creative ideas that utilize and help customers realize material economic gains
- Create tailored Account Plans and business reviews that provide clear feedback on progress to goals and objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 - 7+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Sales experience
- Experience in a role as a Consultant from a top Consulting Firm is a plus
- Bonafide experience in interacting and influencing with the C-suite
- Experience managing your own book of customers including onboarding, monthly touchpoints, and QBRs
- Action-oriented and ability to work well with ambiguity
