Job Summary
A consumer goods company is filling a position for a Remote Consumer Goods Customer Service Expert in Memphis.
Must be able to:
- Receive incoming contacts from consumers
- Establish a connection with the consumer
- Troubleshoot concerns regarding parts availability
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in a customer related field
- Proven strong attendance record
- Ability to analyze data and determine appropriate transfer/processing
- Ability to navigate through various computer systems and applications
