Job Summary
An appliance manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Consumer Goods Customer Service Representative in Louisville.
Must be able to:
- Resolve delivery problems arising after product has left the warehouse
- Take incoming calls and process orders on computer
- Process customer orders over the phone
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must live in Louisville, KY or surrounding area with ability to attend periodic meetings at our office location
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one-year prior experience in a customer-facing role
