Job Summary
A real estate services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Consumer Growth Engineering Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Set the long-term technical direction and strategy of the Consumer Growth organization
- Champion quality and reliability of our software and services
- Hire, retain, and inspire senior Engineers and Engineering Managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant engineering work experience, with 3+ years managing other managers
- Experience building consumer products
- Proven track record of leading productive engineering teams and shipping products
- Experience with architectural patterns of large applications
- Experience actively coaching and mentoring team members in their careers
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related, or equivalent training, fellowship, or experience
