Job Summary

A manufacturer of healthcare products needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Consumer Health Corporate Governance Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead preparation and filing of certain U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission documents
  • Assist with planning and execution of the Company’s Annual Meeting
  • Advise on insider reporting obligations, trading restrictions, record-keeping, and reporting with the SEC

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification  
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant
  • Preference for previous employment in corporate governance or subsidiary management
  • Familiarity with SEC filing systems
  • Project management experience
  • Must be able to work with autonomy and under minimal supervision to accomplish assigned tasks
