Job Summary
A financial services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Consumer Insight Research Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing strategic direction and consult with internal stakeholders and partners to define insights needs and create buy-in on research (client, investor, and branch team) work plans
- Ongoing monitoring of developments within the overall financial services client environment to identify strategic opportunities to pursue
- Communicating insights to business partners and influence them to drive action by providing thought leadership on how such insights impact their overall business objectives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research or related study. Masters’ of Marketing Research (MMR) Preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic market research or business analysis; or 3+ years of market research or business analysis in the financial services industry
- Detailed understanding of both qualitative and quantitative marketing research methodologies and sampling designs; desire to deepen understanding of current and emerging techniques
- Strong and demonstrated critical thinking, strategic thinking, process improvement, relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
- Able to synthesize information from multiple sources to develop conclusions and recommendations
