Job Summary
A nonprofit financial services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Consumer Loan Officer I in Liberty Lake.
Must be able to:
- Assist both existing and new members to originate consumer loans
- Seek opportunities to bring existing loans over to the company, as well as cross-selling payment protection and GA
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year experience in consumer lending for a financial institution
- Minimum two years’ experience in a customer service, call center or sales related position
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Previous experience in keyboarding/PC and 10-key calculator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
