Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Consumer Platform Enablement Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Develop the company's overall enablement strategy across growth, customer and channels
- Establishing hiring and development plans that align to company growth targets
- Identifying skill gap areas and proposing ideas to address and improve these areas
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA, a plus).
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and internal stakeholders
- Able to to translate business objectives into effective learning and training solutions
- Exceptional skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce and Word
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
