Job Summary
A contact center solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Consumer Products and Services Brand Ambassador in Miramar.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engaging customers across multiple channels: phone, email, online chat and social media
- Assisting them in understanding and purchasing products and/or services
- Troubleshooting technical issues that are related to products and services
