A manufacturer and designer of electrical, lighting, and power solutions is in need of a Remote Consumer Products Customer Service Representative in Herndon.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Schedule customer appointments
  • Provide inbound response to schedule appointments or answer questions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2-3 years of customer service/call center experience OR
  • Work-from-home experience with at least 1 year of customer service experience
