Job Summary
A manufacturer and designer of electrical, lighting, and power solutions is in need of a Remote Consumer Products Customer Service Representative in Herndon.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Schedule customer appointments
- Provide inbound response to schedule appointments or answer questions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years of customer service/call center experience OR
- Work-from-home experience with at least 1 year of customer service experience
- PC experience including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 8 or above
- Detail oriented with good verbal, listening, phone and data entry skills
