Job Summary

A financial services and insurance agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Consumer Reporting Specialist I .

Must be able to:

  • Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
  • Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
  • 2 years of experience in credit bureau reporting or experience in servicing bank products such as credit cards or consumer loans
  • Experience in payment history, payment extensions and reversals, bankruptcy, SCRA, repossession, collections, assumptions, etc
  • Multi-product banking industry experience (credit card, consumer lending, and home equity)
  • Advanced knowledge of FCRA, FCBA, and FDCPA regulations
  • Banking system experience (ALS, FDR, and Portal)
