Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Sales Inbound Associate for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives based on key performance indicators
• Drive inbound calls to sell, renew, and upgrade members' products and services
• Provide quality service and maintain detailed documentation of all interactions in the member database

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of sales and/or member service experience required
• Able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Experience navigating multiple software applications during member interactions
• Proven success in a sales or member service role is preferred
