Remote Consumer Sales Associate

Job Summary

To achieve sales targets, the full-time Remote Consumer Sales Associate will manage inbound calls from potential and existing members, utilizing sales knowledge and service skills to educate and sell Home Service Plans while building positive relationships and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively handling inbound calls and promoting Home Service Plans
• Utilize company resources to provide accurate information and maintain strong relationships with members
• Document all interactions in the member database and assist with non-sales inquiries to retain members

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of sales and/or member service experience required
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications and enter data during member interactions
• Proven success in a sales or member service role preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
