Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Consumer Service Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing various customer services tasks and support within call center operations
• Investigating and resolving customer service issues
• Helping improve results in efficiencies, customer experience and associate experience metrics
