Job Summary
A college job board provider is seeking a Remote Consumer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing amazing email support to customers via internal ticketing system/emails
- Using app demo environments, troubleshooting tools, help center, team communication channels for answers
- Maintaining a standard level of excellence in regards to response times, resolution times, and the quality
Required Skills:
