Job Summary

An investment advisory business is filling a position for a Remote Consumer Technology Design Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor your team of product designers and content designers
• Collaborate with your cross-functional leaders to define our product and design vision
• Help define the vision, strategy and roadmap for investing and design system teams

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in a product design role in consumer tech
• 3 years in a people manager role
• A strong track record of shipping high quality consume products in an IC capacity
• Ability to paint a compelling vision that aligns and motivates teams
• Passion for elevating design craft
• Experience leading teams that have successfully shipped loved products
