Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Consumer Transaction Technology Account Support Analyst 1.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis on all penalties for all service delivery contracts subject to penalties
  • Provide customer-specific analysis leading to improved service fidelity and customer profitability
  • Customize knowledge application features such as navigational views

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency
