Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent - Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with providers and members to provide information on insurance coverage and products
  • Transferring calls to appropriate departments and following up on unresolved inquiries
  • Researching and resolving customer issues related to billing, claims, and complaints

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Work experience in a face-to-face or call center environment
  • Experience using corporate email systems and navigating through system applications
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in English and either Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish
