Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent (Remote) to support customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries about utilities through phone calls, chats, and emails, documenting interactions and assisting with issues
- Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, adapt to changes, and inspire others to achieve superior results
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and ensure reliable internet access while working from a quiet, private location
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- 6 months of experience in a utilities company (electricity, water, natural gas, telecommunications, or health and public service)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
