Job Summary

To support customer inquiries, the part-time Remote Contact Center Agent will manage calls, chats, and emails related to utility services while working from designated locations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries about utilities through various communication channels and document interactions
  • Provide excellent customer service while building relationships and adapting to changes
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and ensure reliable internet access to perform tasks from a home office
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • 6 months of experience in a utilities company (electricity, water, gas, telecommunications, or health services)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
