A contact center needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contact Center Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Listening to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Recognizing sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upgrade
- Ensuring first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Highly reliable, willing to learn and acquire new skills
- Must be proficient with basic PC skills
- Must exhibit professional communication and customer service skills
- Must have a wired, high speed Internet connection and a quiet home working environment
