Job Summary
A contact center company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contact Center Agent Results Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistent, excellent customer experience to the agent community
- Provide real-time support to agents
- Actively contribute to agent retention by utilizing current and new support tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Night and weekend availability
- 1+ years of contact center/BPO experience or comparable customer service-related work experience
- Mastery of computer basics
- Functional proficiency in Microsoft products
