Job Summary

A contact center company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contact Center Agent Results Advocate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistent, excellent customer experience to the agent community
  • Provide real-time support to agents
  • Actively contribute to agent retention by utilizing current and new support tools

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Night and weekend availability
  • 1+ years of contact center/BPO experience or comparable customer service-related work experience
  • Mastery of computer basics
  • Functional proficiency in Microsoft products
