Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare system is filling a position for a Remote Contact Center Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring real-time call and non-call performance and activity to ensure service levels are met
  • Alerting management to discrepancies or real-time changes in service levels
  • Providing consultation to Supervisors on staffing and volumes utilizing staffing models

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED
  • Minimum of 7 years-Relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
