Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Contact Center Associate Customer Success Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Help property managers (our customers!) use Maintenance Services products within our flagship property management software
- Build great relationships with these customers and partner with them through their questions about the service, handle both routine and complex inquiries relating to customer training, service utilization/adoption, and retention
- Perform quality assurance checks on customer accounts to improve customer engagement and increase feature adoption

- Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving
- Demonstrated proactive and solution oriented approach to client escalations
- Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot customer pain points and work cross-functionally to identify solutions
- Ability to research and compile data relevant to customer inquiries, escalations, and issues
