Job Summary
A sporting goods and outdoor retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contact Center Customer Service Associate in Katy.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
- Research and troubleshoot problems and provide resolutions by using available resources
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months experience in a customer service related role required
- Broadband internet connection (Cable, DSL or Fiber) must be in place before starting
- Standard x86 or x86 64-bit compatible desktop or laptop computer with camera feature
- Camera: Camera feature required on computer
- All other technical requirements necessary for this position
