Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company has a current position open for a Remote Contact Center Customer Service Manager 2.

Must be able to:

Be responsible for the day-to-day operations, coaching and development of a team of representatives
Ensure the representatives are actively identifying products and services that meet customer needs
Indirectly manage all other Call Center Personal Bankers in the site location and work with Operations Managers

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to seven years of customer service experience
One to three years of management experience
