Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company has a current position open for a Remote Contact Center Customer Service Manager 2.

Must be able to:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operations, coaching and development of a team of representatives
  • Ensure the representatives are actively identifying products and services that meet customer needs
  • Indirectly manage all other Call Center Personal Bankers in the site location and work with Operations Managers

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to seven years of customer service experience
  • One to three years of management experience
