Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contact Center Customer Service Representative in Logan.
Must be able to:
- Interact with customers via social media or web platforms
- Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
- Discover root cause of problem to identify best plan of action to resolution
Position Requirements Include:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear, friendly communication both in verbal and written formats
