Job Summary
A home products and furnishings retailer has an open position for a Remote Contact Center Design Service Coordinator in Naperville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate inquiries from chat and online forms to the customer service team
- Act as a liaison for Live Chat tools and manage relationships with live chat managers
- Assign new design project submissions to Digital Designers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Meet or exceed all CDST Job eligibility requirements
- A secure home office, free from background noise or other distractions
- Sense of personal style with a discerning eye and passion for design and home furnishings
- Ability to conduct and participate in virtual learning
- Proficient with Microsoft office products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
