Job Summary

A home products and furnishings retailer has an open position for a Remote Contact Center Design Service Coordinator in Naperville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate inquiries from chat and online forms to the customer service team
  • Act as a liaison for Live Chat tools and manage relationships with live chat managers
  • Assign new design project submissions to Digital Designers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Meet or exceed all CDST Job eligibility requirements
  • A secure home office, free from background noise or other distractions
  • Sense of personal style with a discerning eye and passion for design and home furnishings
  • Ability to conduct and participate in virtual learning
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
