Job Summary

An online experiences company is seeking a Remote Contact Center Human Resources Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing HR policy, mentorship, and interpretation to employees and leaders
  • Managing employee relations issues, and conducts effective, detailed, and objective investigations
  • Participating in identifying needs for new or updated HR policies and practices relevant to the Sales Center

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience managing the unique challenges presented in a call center environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or in HR or related field
  • 5+ years HR experience
  • Experience in HR in a contact center environment required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
