Job Summary
An online experiences company is seeking a Remote Contact Center Human Resources Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing HR policy, mentorship, and interpretation to employees and leaders
- Managing employee relations issues, and conducts effective, detailed, and objective investigations
- Participating in identifying needs for new or updated HR policies and practices relevant to the Sales Center
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience managing the unique challenges presented in a call center environment
- Bachelor's Degree or in HR or related field
- 5+ years HR experience
- Experience in HR in a contact center environment required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
