Job Summary

An IT managed services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contact Center inContact Studio Project Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Updating simple existing personal connection dialer campaigns
  • Updating existing Proactive XS configurations
  • Changing to routing by customer need

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Contact Center inContact Studio IDE Deployment Experience
  • Experience in design and development of contact center applications
  • Experience with any scripting language (javascript, pert etc)
  • Experience with inContact open API's and integrating with web services
  • Expert/Advance understanding of the CXone environment (ACD, reporting, administration etc)
