Job Summary

A bank is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Center Lead Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor the phone queues and prioritize calls accordingly
  • Recommend appropriate internal resource to assist team with inquiries
  • Assist in employee observations and on-the-spot coaching/training of service team

Qualifications Include:

  • High School / GED
  • 2 years of call center or customer service-related experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
