A bank is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Center Lead Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Monitor the phone queues and prioritize calls accordingly
- Recommend appropriate internal resource to assist team with inquiries
- Assist in employee observations and on-the-spot coaching/training of service team
Qualifications Include:
- High School / GED
- 2 years of call center or customer service-related experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
