Job Summary

A companionship service provider is in need of a Remote Contact Center Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing Care Center daily activities and balances workload
  • Establishing team and individual goals in support of departmental and company objectives
  • Creating an environment that assures the productivity, performance, and well-being of each employee

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must ensure a service oriented, high performing operation
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a large contact center environment
  • Proficiency in business systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and CRM
  • Ability to lead or facilitate training and education
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
