Job Summary
A companionship service provider is in need of a Remote Contact Center Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing Care Center daily activities and balances workload
- Establishing team and individual goals in support of departmental and company objectives
- Creating an environment that assures the productivity, performance, and well-being of each employee
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must ensure a service oriented, high performing operation
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a large contact center environment
- Proficiency in business systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and CRM
- Ability to lead or facilitate training and education
- Demonstrated interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
