A global retail company is filling a position for a Remote Contact Center Operation Resolution Specialist II in Bentonville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research issues and resolution options
- Resolve complex contact issues for stores, associates, and high-impact customers
- Determine appropriate resolution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6 months' experience addressing and responding to customer requests in a contact center or retail industry
