Job Summary
A lifestyle brand collective is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Center Operations Manager in Alexandria.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing staffing, facility, training, service delivery, problem escalation and resolution
- Managing staffing logistics for projects,
- Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- 5 years working with a CRC, including 3 years’ experience managing a Consumer Resource Center
- Experience in managing resources, schedules, budgets, business planning and logistics for various projects
- Expert level experience with customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to pass a background check
- Demonstrated an understanding of and experience with organizational change management
