Job Summary

A lifestyle brand collective is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Center Operations Manager in Alexandria.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing staffing, facility, training, service delivery, problem escalation and resolution
  • Managing staffing logistics for projects,
  • Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • 5 years working with a CRC, including 3 years’ experience managing a Consumer Resource Center
  • Experience in managing resources, schedules, budgets, business planning and logistics for various projects
  • Expert level experience with customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Demonstrated an understanding of and experience with organizational change management
