Job Summary

A cloud based communications provider is in need of a Remote Contact Center Practice Enterprise Account Executive.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Consistently striking/exceeding quarterly & annual sales targets
  • Owning strategy around funnel, pipeline, forecasting
  • Prospecting for *NET* new logo accounts and grow existing account base

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Meeting with existing customers to up-sell existing engagements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of technology solution-based selling
  • Minimum 8 years contact center sales experience
  • Proven record of success for sales to large corporate accounts with longer sales cycles
  • Extensive Call Center/Contact Center Experience
