Job Summary
An IT support management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Center Quality Associate in Woodbridge.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitor inbound calls from healthcare providers (HCPs), patients and others related to vaccines
- Provide QA support thru omni
- Assist in performing quality monitoring in real time and recorded calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Licensed medical professional, RN, BSN, RPH, PharmD
- Experience with quality assurance (minimum 1 -2 years)
- Work from home experience, perferably within a virtual contact or call center environment
- Familiarity with contact center technologies including call monitoring experience
- Great people skills and ability to communicate
