Job Summary

An IT support management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Contact Center Quality Associate in Woodbridge.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitor inbound calls from healthcare providers (HCPs), patients and others related to vaccines
  • Provide QA support thru omni
  • Assist in performing quality monitoring in real time and recorded calls

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Licensed medical professional, RN, BSN, RPH, PharmD
  • Experience with quality assurance (minimum 1 -2 years)
  • Work from home experience, perferably within a virtual contact or call center environment
  • Familiarity with contact center technologies including call monitoring experience
  • Great people skills and ability to communicate
