Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Contact Center Quality Assurance Manager in Alexandria.
Must be able to:
- Provide quality assurance activities associated with the daily operations and management of a Consumer Resource Center (CRC)
- Implement a quality control program
- Handle all QA-related inquiries from the Federal customer
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field. Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with a Consumer Resource Center (CRC)
- Minimum of five years’ management experience performing in a Quality Assurance environment
- Expert level experience with customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to compile, track, present, and manage data to develop actionable metrics and reports
- Any professional certifications relevant to the position preferred
