Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing various software tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
• Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting AKC resources
• Maintain professional communication with team members and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple software programs and web-based tools simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
