Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Evening Remote Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students via phone, chat, and email to improve lead contact and conversion
• Meet or exceed established phone and conversion goals while documenting lead data accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by managing time effectively and assisting with training new employees

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous call center or sales experience
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid role
• Ability to work Monday to Friday during specified evening hours
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
• High degree of resolving issues over the phone and building rapport with customers
