Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Evening Remote Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students via phone, chat, and email to improve lead contact and conversion
- Meet or exceed established phone and conversion goals while documenting lead data accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by managing time effectively and assisting with training new employees
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous call center or sales experience
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid role
- Ability to work Monday to Friday during specified evening hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- High degree of resolving issues over the phone and building rapport with customers
