Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Evening Remote Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect prospective students to admissions offices via phone, chat, and email, maintaining productivity goals
  • Meet or exceed established phone and conversion goals for each session/semester
  • Document lead/marketing data accurately and assist with CRM management and training of new employees
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of previous call center/sales experience
  • Experience working in a remote/hybrid role
  • Ability to work Mon-Fri during specified evening hours
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook
  • High degree of resolving issues over the phone and building rapport
