Key Responsibilities
  • Answer member phone calls and provide first-call resolution on various financial issues
  • Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services by identifying member needs
  • Process member transactions over the phone and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must meet the requirements for the Telecommuting Program
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT
