Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer member phone calls and provide first-call resolution on various financial issues
- Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services by identifying member needs
- Process member transactions over the phone and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must meet the requirements for the Telecommuting Program
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT
