Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Contact Center Representative to assist customers remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general inquiries regarding dog registration policies and requirements
• Evaluate, research, and resolve registration issues while processing registration items as needed
• Provide information about the organization and assist customers with online registration for litters and dogs

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina
• Direct wired internet connection with specified download and upload speeds is required
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
• Must have a pleasant telephone voice and a professional demeanor
• Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the registration system and related functions is essential
