Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Contact Center Representative to work remotely in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general inquiries related to dog registration and provide information about registration policies
• Evaluate, research, and solve registration problems independently while processing registration items as needed
• Provide customers with information about the organization and assist with online registration for litters and dogs

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina
• Must have a direct wired internet connection with specified speed requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must possess a pleasant telephone voice and a professional attitude
• Able to learn and retain extensive information about the registration system and related functions
