• Evaluate, research, and resolve customer registration issues independently
• Provide information about the organization and assist customers with online registration for litters and dogs

• Must reside in North Carolina
• Must have a direct wired internet connection with specified speed requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a pleasant telephone manner and maintain a professional attitude
• Able to learn and retain extensive information about the registration system and related functions
