Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers
- Fluent in English or bilingual (English/Spanish) with professional communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
