A company is looking for a Remote Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer member phone calls and provide first-call resolution on various financial issues
• Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services by identifying member needs
• Process member transactions and paperwork while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Must meet requirements for the Telecommuting Program
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
