Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations and providing information about AKC policies and resources.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions using Salesforce and document all communications accurately
- Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC programs while promoting resources for purchasing purebred dogs
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members through various channels and ensure confidentiality of records
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
