Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations and providing information on AKC policies and programs.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them using Salesforce (CRM)
- Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC resources while promoting breed clubs
- Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience using multiple computer screens and web-based applications simultaneously
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
